We begin our practice by cultivating Shakti, The Divine Feminine FLAME OF LOVE that burns within our pelvic bowl.

We practice specific pranic breath patterns combined with movement sequences to build the inner fire.

We then raise the energy through the central channel with our chakra breath work.

If you have been numbing your emotions, it will gently bring what has been supressed or denied to the surface to be felt and brought back home to your heart of love and acceptance.
