Day 1 : Recovering Eros
In our first session, we will explore the value of starting fresh and recovering a sense of “not knowing” so you can meet your partner where they are at with a presence that opens them to new heights of pleasure. We discuss why a foundation in mindfulness and being present with what is here right now is key for opening the door to eros. I will offer a delicious sensual touch practice that can fan the flame of arousal, improve nonverbal and verbal communication, and deepen your connection.

PART 2
Meeting the Barriers to Intimacy

You will be invited to:

Bring mindful presence to barriers in ways that deepen intimacy
Develop your capacity to listen to the somatic felt sense in yourself and your partner
Learn how asking for a sacred pause during lovemaking can change everything

Day 2 : Meeting the Barriers to Intimacy
In our second session, we will explore how fear of vulnerability is a huge barrier to eros and how to find safe ways to be with each other wherever you are with sensitivity and loving-kindness. We will explore how relying on the same sexual routines and being overly performance-orientated and goal-orientated all take us out of connection to our authentic erotic current.
Practice
We will practice how to meet places of numbness, shame, or protection that are held in the body in ways that open more feeling and sensation—exploring how the curious lover unlocks doorways that open into fields of pleasure.

Tantric Arts of the Bedroom Chamber

Day 3 : Tantric Arts of the Bedroom Chamber
In our third session, we’ll discuss the key principles of Sacred Tantric Union. You will be guided through an ancient tantric couples’ practice designed to open the subtle energy channels of your body, when practiced regularly, this practice can support you to sustain passion in ways that foster a deeper sense of union, ecstasy, and spiritual intimacy with your partner.
Practice
Learn how to tend your inner fire and, with regular practice, experience full-bodied ecstatic arousal opening to a deeper spiritual journey with your partner.
How it Works
We will meet on Zoom in the privacy of your own sacred space. We will begin with Leyolah giving a 30-minute talk on the principles shared, then following into a practice session. In the practice section, all participants will be invited to take their cameras off, and all cameras will be off with the occasional voice of your guide, Leyolah, offering different practices and long periods of silence. Each session is two hours and will be recorded for you to practice in your own time.

For those who don’t know me, I am Leyolah Antara. I am passionate about helping couples deepen their connection, improve their intimacy, support each other through challenges, and evolve in ways that bring them closer together.
I’ve been guiding people to connect with their ecstatic, orgasmic bodies for over 30 years. I developed a transformational healing modality called Kundalini Dance, which is a powerful practice to facilitate energy flow, clear chakras, and open tantric energy pathways.
I have spent the last decade teaching the alchemical arts in my online Tantric Mystery School, where I have trained thousands of people through over 20 online courses. I have been dedicated to restoring the lost arts of Sacred Union and Tantric Alchemy.
I have primarily focused on training priestesses and empowering women, but now I am turning my attention toward men and couples.
In recent years, I have been training as a somatic psychotherapist specializing in couples therapy.
My current passion is to blend the deep wisdom and presence that comes with mindfulness-based psychotherapy practices with energetic arts like tantra and Taoist alchemy.
