After discovering Kundalini Dance in 2006, everything in my life changed and I became dedicated to sharing this work. Certified in this transformational practice for the past 14 years, I have had the opportunity to work closely with Leyolah Antara, the founder of this work co-facilitating retreats and facilitator trainings in British Columbia, Bali and around the world.

It truly lights me up to guide and support other women stepping into their medicine and embodied feminine leadership. Holding a loving space for coming home to oneself, to remember their unique essence and shine that into the world. Walking the path of awakening and transformation, so that they can feel more empowered and inspired to fully embrace and share their gifts with the world.

As a facilitator, I love to uplift, inspire and hold space for transformation through deep journeys that bring a nurturing and playful spirit to inspire others to connect with their own joy, passion and authentic selves. Weaving in ceremony into all my offerings as my devotion to the divine and desire to create safe and sacred spaces for self-healing and presence.

As a Priestess of the Goddess and the Lineage of the Rose, I am guided deeply through the wisdom of the Divine Mother, Mary Magdalene, Venus and the Sophia Christ Consciousness, devoted to the path of beauty and the way of love. Deeply moved by the cycles of nature, of the cosmos and our innate inner rhythms that guide our lives. I feel so blessed to be able to share this path of ecstatic embodiment and joy and meet you here in the heart.

With each chakra dance I would learn to embody these alchemical keys that set me on a 180° path of deep healing, transformation and soul remembrance of freedom and love. I danced as much as I could over the years but all the local facilitators moved away and I knew I needed these alchemical keys in my body and as a daily sacred practice in my life in a bigger, bolder way. I patiently and passionately waited for a few years until Leyolah hosted an international training and I made the decision in less than 30 days to follow the womb-call to fly to Australia in January 2013 to begin my next revolution of awakening and empowerment.

The KD training (and each dance since) is profoundly grounding and exquisitely expansive. I re-learned how to deeply trust my body, inner knowing, and womb wisdom. I re-patterned how to take up space, own my personal power, and express my authentic voice. And I cultivated a deep soul knowing of my own sacred wisdom and my creative purpose. I reclaimed my Priestess crown, sat on the throne of my womb and knew that I needed to share these healing keys with women in my community so they could feel this good too.

It’s been such a magnificently powerful journey over the past 14 years of this sacred practice, and even to this day it is one of the biggest gifts in my personal and professional life to hold the sacred healing space for myself, and my heartfelt community, to continue to amplify feminine frequency, remember infinite worthiness, and re-claim our radiance.

I have such infinite gratitude and loving bows to Leyolah for being the Founder and fierce-loving guide of this revolutionary work. By dancing this practice we are activating light grids around the world as we dance our sacred selves and honour our remembering. After my Kundalini awakening, I became obsessed with wanting to serve others in their awakening and began to pray consistantly asking, what is my purpose. One day, my then husband and I sat in ceremony together in the Australian Desert at a very sacred site, called Palm Valley, a place where the aboriginal shamans would go to receive their guiding vision. 

When I asked what my work was, I was specifically guided that I was to educate people how to work with “her” (Kundalini Shakti) to clear their chakras, through dance–movement, breath, energy work and sacred sexuality to prepare their bodies for a vibrational shift that was beginning and would accelerate to a point of intensity in the near future. Humanity and all life would be involved in that rebirth and if we chose to open our body/mind/spirits to “her” love, she would prepare us to deal with the earth shifts and harmoniously rebirth ourselves as the new enlightened humanity. 

So that is how my journey began and my embodiment and devotion for the Divine Feminine, Shakti began to grow. I had no idea I was embarking on a journey in the exploration of transformational alchemy. The science of awakening consciousness, I was to become a techni- cian of ecstasy, a mapmaker and guide to the realms of the soul. I was to be my first experiment. The road to the top of the moun- tain was long, and I had already been on it for lifetimes. 

My devotion to the Divine Feminine deepened. I surrendered to her to show me the way, and the more I surrendered the more she showed me. 

My quest for soul-level liberation continued and I began to deepen my exploration of the chakras, both as energy centers that carry emotional energy and also as holographic memory banks that retained blueprints of the soul’s journey. 

I came to see working with the chakras as integral to supporting the journey of awakening.  I have found that working with the chakras provides an integral journey map, that gives the “ initiate “ an  opportunity to truly embody the transformational process. 

I have spent the last 33 years teaching and developing this tantric shamanic dance practice that we have come to call Kundalini Dance. 

I am in awe of the power and depth of this work. It touches my heart so deeply to witness the authentic, raw human expression of pure emotion that brings so much vitality and power back into the body and soul. 

I am on a mission to inspire women to be fearless creators of their sacred work. I have found that the best way to re connect a woman back to her power and her passion is to resurrect the power of Shakti within her womb, to teach her how to turn on her inner light and in that spark the her inner genius. 

For over 15 years I have been training facilitators and initiating priestesses and it is my greatest joy to support a women to shine brighter to unleash her from whatever is dimming down her light, keep her small, shut down and lead her to her source of power, where she can connect to her authentic voice, her deeper desires and create a life that she was born to live.

I am constantly humbled to receive the count- less testaments to how the Kundalini Dance work has changed lives. This work is dance — and it is so much more than dance. It is from my deepest heart and soul that I unconditionally offer this gift to you. May you help awaken many souls through this process.
