I invite you to first explore these alone with your inner beloved. Then, you can invite an intimate partner to practice with you and this can be a deeply bonding and healing experience for you both.
These meditations are done with eyes closed so I offer them as audio so you can close your eyes, relax and allow the energy to do its healing magic.

How This Course Flows
All practices are designed to bring a woman into deeper connection with her own erotic body, ecstatically awaken her pleasure zones that she may enter deeper union with her beloved partner and divinity. She will practice the art of sexual alchemy to transform and shift pain body memory that has been blocking her access to her full orgasmic potential and power. Practices are initially done alone and can be shared with a partner.
All healings will come through the lens of the Sophia Christ Light Code Healing Template and will involve, light work, prayer, ecstatic breath, sound, mantra and sekhem kundalini movement practices to support you to open the tantric energy pathways of your body mind system.
We begin with an Opening Ceremony and then you will receive seven weeks of guided sexual self healing meditations and tantric activtation practices.
Each week I offer you a guided recording of a very thorough sexual self-healing practice, where we will journey through the seven grail gates, the clitoris, yoni lips, G Spot, Cervix, Ovaries, Womb and Cosmic Womb for you to clear that body part of any emotional imprints that are stored in the tissue, cells and energy system and anchore in your divine human ecstatic erotic blueprint.

The Heart & Breasts
Love trust :: Pain Separation
The breasts are a doorway to a open a women’s heart and deep erotic pleasure. You will be guided through breast massage stimulate the endocrine glands and a heart healing process. Our heart is a center of love and where our deepest and most soulful expression comes alive. It is also where we hold so much pain, grief, feelings of separation, betrayal, mistrust. Clearing the layers of unreleased emotion around the heart supports a women to sustain an opening into love and surrendered sexuality.
In the gentle opening, we awaken the ultimate healer the power of forgiveness.
Women will be encouraged to have a beautiful rose oil for her self – healing – tantric self – pleasuring journey.
The Clitoris & The Yoni Lips
Erotic Pleasure :: Numbness
The clitoris is the one organ in a women’s body dedicated purely to pleasure. There are 8000 nerve endings whose role is solely to bring our bodies pleasure.
Every time a woman has been entered without love, tenderness or appreciation it blocks the clitoris, and she becomes numb, cloaked with a layer of emotional density that blocks her full ecstatic orgasmic bliss.
Women are encourgaed to practice with a rose quartz yoni crystal to sanctify her clitoris and yoni lips as her first tantric rose gateway to ecstasy.
The G Spot ~ The Goddess Spot

Erotic stimulation of a woman’s G spot, activates tiny glands that secrete fluid, known by the ancients as ambrosia, our sacred waters.

The cervix is the gatekeeper and guardian of the entrance to the deep feminine mysteries of the womb.
The gift of the cervix is the power of discernment. She can sense what she wants to LET IN to the womb and what she does NOT. Yet after lifetimes of not listening to her, the cervical gateway locks and acts to inhibit a woman’s full embodiment of her deep feminine life energy and wisdom.
A sexual self healing journey into the cervix can involve clearing past sexual abuse and violation. It can involve deep forgiveness to return to deep trust and surrender to our beloved again.
The Womb
Dissolving into the Void of Primordial Creative Essence
The womb is a women’s the Holy Grail, resting deep within the woman’s womb rests the creative seed, the jewels, whereby her greatest gifts, the codes of her divine design, lay in gestation, awaiting her ecstatic awakening and expression.
As much as a woman’s womb is a cauldron of creative life force, she also holds all of the imprints of our past sexual experiences, birth imprints and abortions, miscarriages and hurts with men. So for us to fully open to the full potential of the creative power of our wombs potential we need to clear her of the past.
Ultimately deeply connecting to your womb leads you to the womb of the Divine Mother, from whose womb all life is created.
The Ovaries ~ Feminine Radiance
Sekhem Kundalini Fire of Transformation and Creation
A large extent of a woman’s chi or vital life energy is stored in her ovaries. The ovaries constantly produce sexual energy. When we harness the energy of the ovaries through ovary breathing, we can increase our life span, boost our immune system and increase our capacity to have full body orgasms.
In the sacred sexual energy teachings, ovarian energy is the energy used for the development higher consciousness.
We will clear the ovaries and practice ecstatic ovarian breathing to cultivate our feminine radiance and refine our capacity to channel our sexual energy as an evolutionary current of life.
The Cosmic Womb
Surrender
In our final session we will surrender open through our physical womb space into the deep dark light of the Divine Cosmic Mother. This is a women’s ultimate resting place, her home, a place where she can come to rest and renew.
Once a women has deeply rooted into her connection with the Divine Mother she is connected to her true source, she knows who she is and what she is here for. She remembers how to fill her cup with the light of her own soul.
A women’s capacity for self – love and the desire to nurture and take care of herself, to receive pleasure and support is all rooted in her connection to the Divine Mother, Sophia in UNION with the DIVINE Christ Light.
This series will be greatly enhanced by the use of yoni crystal eggs and yoni crysal wands for both healing and luscious self pleasure.
